Can someone treat me unfairly because of my age, pregnancy, disability or the way I dress?
No. Neither the State nor any person may discriminate against you on grounds including age, pregnancy, disability, dress and others.
Article 27 says everyone is equal before the law. It bans direct or indirect discrimination by the State on many grounds, including race, sex, pregnancy, marital status, health status, age, disability, religion, culture, dress, language or birth, and applies the same ban to any person. Affirmative action measures to address past disadvantage are allowed and are not unfair discrimination.
“A person shall not discriminate directly or indirectly against another person on any of the grounds specified or contemplated in clause (4).”
