Can I hold another country's citizenship and still be Kenyan?
Yes for citizens by birth: the Constitution says they do not lose Kenyan citizenship by acquiring another country's. For other citizens, an Act of Parliament sets the rules.
Article 16 says a citizen by birth does not lose citizenship by acquiring citizenship of another country. However, Article 78 says State officers and members of the defence forces shall not hold dual citizenship, with limited exceptions such as judges and members of commissions.
